Photo Restoration and Color Enhancement. We were able to enhance the color and sharpen the picture on this faded photograph. All pictures will eventually experience some fading due to age and light exposure. This photograph is an example of how the new digital technology can improve the color and sharpness of a picture.
This beautiful 1940's era picture was faded and had suffered minor damage due to its age. As you can see, the skin tone of the young woman was restored to a new clarity and sharpness; the background was cleaned up and the dress is once again the original color of blue.
This 1960's picture needed some serious work to restore it. There was facial damage, tears and wrinkles in the picture. Heavy Restoration Color adjustments same as in minor to moderate restoration. Repairing of wrinkles and tears more intensive and missing parts are blended to match rest of photo. Facial repair needs skilled artists to restore and, if very extensive, an estimate of damaged is needed.
Additional Restoration Don't despair if you have pictures with shadows in them. As you can see, the picture on the right was taken with a digital camera and the the girl's face has a deep shadow. The extreme right picture shows the majority of the shadow removed.
